  • First designer at a 100K+ user monitoring platform, where I built the design system, brand foundations and the front-end the product now ships on
  • Drastically reduced UI delivery time and UI drift through a tokenised design system serving two platform libraries, Vue 3 for web and React Native for mobile, closing the gap between design and development
  • Rebuilt alarms, the platform’s most critical feature and 31% of inbound tickets. 15 moderated sessions and 6 months of usage data found 23% had no recipients and were silently broken; restructuring the flow cut setup from 3:48 to under a minute and collapsed six parallel components into one

  • Redesigned and built the marketing site for an AI receptionist startup (1,300+ practitioners, 140,000+ calls handled)
  • Ran the UX research end to end: 15 interviews across the founder, current users and churned prospects, plus a 90-day GA4, Hotjar and Ads audit. 67% needed peer proof, 58% assumed setup was complex, 73% of traffic was mobile on a non-responsive site
  • Realigned the brand around a small design system, then built the front-end directly in their repository, shipping it in small, reviewable pull requests
  • Demo bookings rose 200–300% post-launch; isolating organic and direct traffic to control for the paid campaign, bookings still climbed ~140%
